Job Details:
• Realistic OTE £50K.

Job Description:
The main purpose of the Account Manager role is to build relationships with clients, both new and existing, negotiate and secure vehicle funding deals to put customers in the driving seat of their dream car!

Key responsibilities include:
• Prospecting and canvassing new and existing leads generated by the company.
• Managing and developing a portfolio of customers.
• Following the Company’s recognised sales process to sell vehicle funding deals.
• Obtaining full knowledge of your customer for qualification and recommendation.
• Following procedures to protect the company against potential bad debt and Fraud.
• Working to targets and KPIs.
• Making priority same day calls to any settlement requests to protect the company against claw back.

Account Manager Specification:
The ideal Account Manager MUST:

• Have 2 years recent, continuous experience in a similar role, i.e. sales, account manager, business development.
• Come from a regulated industry, i.e. finance, insurance etc.
• Have excellent rapport, communication, time management and customer service skills.
• Be able to demonstrate achievement of targets/KPIs.
