Job Description:
Working as part of a team, the main purpose of the Accounts Administration Support is to process purchase invoice for payment in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Key duties of the Accounts Administration Support include:
• Prepare/Input all invoices to the Ledger in an accurate and efficient manner as appropriate.
• Ensure that incoming post, (including electronic mail) is opened on receipt.
• Ensure that all invoices are scanned and results validated in the system in a timely manner.
• Assist with the review of key supplier accounts.
• Process Expenses/Credit Card/Petty Cash returns accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide support to all areas of the PL team as directed/necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, suppliers and other PL team members
• Demonstrate a flexible, proactive and professional attitude to all areas of work, supporting both team and individual initiatives in a positive manner.
