Job Description:
The main purpose of the Administrator is to provide administrative support to the custody team.
Key responsibilities include:
• To assist with all aspects of transfers in and out to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
• To assist with all aspects of internal transfers and location changes.
• To assist with the accurate and timely delivery of the CREST and Cash Settlement processes.
• To assist with/provide cover for the setting up of new clients and amending client standing Data.
• To assist with ensuring the timely and accurate production of Market Maker payment requests and monitoring of market maker receipts.
• To assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the Contracts process.
Requirements of Administrator:
• Recent experience in Administration support is essential – ideally in financial services or a regulated industry.
• Must feel comfortable working with numbers.
• Strong accuracy.
• You will have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative.
• You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
