• Full Time – Initial 12-month contract, covering maternity
• 21 days holiday plus birthday and bank holidays

Job Role:
The Contracts Administrator plays a vital role, acting as quality and assurance for creation of all contract documents. They will liaise with the sales team, solutions team, legal team & project management team regarding all areas of the sales order process.
Key duties of the Contracts Administrator:
• Quality Assurance on all orders submitted for processing to ensure all mandatory documents have been supplied; Order types include New Business, Upsell, Upgrade/Replace, Contract Extensions, Portal Orders & Order acknowledgements for One Off Sales
• Contract creation in system
• Initiate solution sign off to ensure technical accuracy and obtain financial approval when required
• Liaise with the legal team when required
• Manage the DocuSign process for all contracts & NDA’s
• Manage the shared inbox
• Administer the contract change process when a solution requirement has changed post signature
• Generation of renewal reports for sales
