The Client:
Our client is a well-established, successful and expanding multi-channel retailer. They sell trending products across kitchen, fitness and wellbeing, beauty & fashion and pets. Their in-house Contact Centre are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their outstanding Customer Service Team.

Hours:
Permanent – Full Time.
Full time working hours are 37/week – Monday to Friday, (including bank/public holidays). Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm.

The Role:
Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Advisor to their team of dedicated professionals.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to deliver excellent customer service by telephone and email, ensuring that queries are resolved quickly and effectively. You will be dealing with orders, dispatch, delivery and returns and using administration skills to update records.

Salary:
Customer Service Advisor – £23K PLUS potential £1.5K bonus.
