• Providing commercial, result driven legal advice on day-to-day employment issues, (both contentious and non-contentious)
• HR Support
• Employment disputes and tribunal representation
• Settlement Agreements
• Director’s Service Agreements
• Contracts and Handbooks
• TUPE – and support to our Corporate Team
• Mediation and workplace Mediation
• Independent investigations
• Training and seminars
• Restrictive covenant advice

Employment Solicitor Specification:
• 5 years plus PQE Employment Law Solicitor
• Able to demonstrate experience in the types of work listed above, and managing complex cases
• Client generation experience
• Commercial awareness and the ability to calculate risk when advising on a wide range of employment related issues
• Ability to work to deadlines / targets, to prioritise and manage a caseload and deliver effective solutions
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards
