Job Description:
As a result of their continuing success, our client is looking for Graduate Product Design Sales candidates to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The main purpose of Graduate Product Design Sales is to follow up on warm leads, (i.e. those who have contacted via their website, business already quoted for, lapsed customers) which will contribute to their company growth and increase brand awareness.

This role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to progress. The client is looking to grow the role, so that this candidate will attend client meetings/go onsite and cover a certain geographic location.

Key duties will include:
• Follow up on enquiries that come in via the company website/business already quoted for to progress orders
• Develop product and industry knowledge
• Provide support on enquiries
• Attend customer site and consult on design and products – your product design qualification will come in handy here!
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Use and maintain a CRM system
• Work towards targets and KPIs
• Capitalize on sales opportunities
• Manage customer’s expectations and resolve issues and complaints
• Participate in customer trade days and exhibitions as and when required
• Ensure quote and sign off are met and liaise with Production to confirm all relevant information is obtained to ensure sale is produced on time, on budget and to specification

Person Specification:
The ideal Graduate Product Design Sales Advisor will:
• Ideally hold a product design qualification – i.e. A Level/Degree
• Be interested in a career in sales
• Have excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to build a quick rapport with customers
• Will be self – motivated, tenacious and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential

Job Details:
