Merchandising Administrator
Merchandising Administrator role with a fantastic multi – channel retail business in Harrogate.
Role Details:
• £23.5K – £25K doe
• Full Time, permanent, working a 37-hour week, Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm.

Our client is one of the UK’s largest and most successful multi-Channel retailers.
Role Description:
The Merchandising Administrator provides assistance to the retail account management team to deliver tasks, projects and achieve sales plans.
Key duties include:
• Assist the day-to-day management and maintenance of national retail accounts.
• Ensure all product content and information on retailer websites are kept up-to-date and in line with company guidelines.
• Identify ways to grow existing and new product categories, utilising internal and external data to identify opportunities and create account strategies.
• Provide timely and accurate account information of performance against targets.
• Actively develop, maintain and nurture relationships with key personnel within assigned accounts through regular meetings and engagement, to help achieve growth plans.
• Support the merchandising team to forecast accurately by sharing learnings and impacts to sales.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of retail sector and competitor activities.
• Work collaboratively with other internal departments to create, develop and deliver promotional campaigns that are aligned with business strategies.
• Carry out any reasonable tasks, as the business requires.
The Successful Merchandising Administrator:
• Will have at least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role OR relevant studies, i.e. Fashion/Retail/Merchandising/Buying.
• Must be organised with the ability to prioritise work daily.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Highly organised, a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Computer literacy with all MS Office packages is vital.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Own transport would be beneficial although the office is based on a public transport route.
