PA/Senior Business Administrator
Industry: Financial Services/Financial Advisors.
Overall Objective for PA/Senior Business Administrator: Provide efficient and effective PA and administrative support to the Managing Partner.
Responsibilities of PA/Senior Business Administrator include:
• Diary management – including booking client review meetings/use of back-office system
• Preparing portfolio valuations, costings and fund split data in advance of review meetings
• Preparing documentation to accompany portfolio recommendations such as quotations, letters of acceptance, invoices and uploading on to the client portal
• Helping clients download information from client portal
• Client queries
• Use of spreadsheets – updating the new business register
• Month end
• Probate administration
• Scanning / shredding / filing etc
• Post
• Liaising directly with clients via phone and email
Experience:
The ideal PA/Senior Business Administrator will ideally:
• Have recent and relevant experience in a PA/Senior Business Administrator role
• Have experience in the financial services/financial planning industry, (not essential)
• Have strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office. Excel will include the use of some formula and v – look ups
• Be quick at picking up in – house systems
• Work accurately, with attention to detail
• Be able to work on their own initiative
• Have strong experience of multi-tasking
• Be able to manage their own tasks/reminders to follow up
Qualifications: CII qualifications in financial services would be beneficial but not essential.
Hours: 25 to 35 per week, ideally over Monday to Friday. There is flexibility around days and times.
Salary: £23K – £30K depending on experience.
