Job Details:
• £25K.
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

My Client:
My client is a privately owned, well established and reputable company based in Tockwith.

The Role:
They now require an experienced Sales Administrator to join their existing team on a full-time, permanent basis. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Key duties of the Sales Administrator include:
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing quotations for numerous customers.
• Follow up on quotations and input them into the system promptly.
• Reviewing existing and potential sales.
• Sourcing products from suppliers.
• Researching new suppliers and products
• Ensure timely handling of all sample requests for trade enquiries.
• Liaise with customers to promptly resolve enquiries.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Answering enquiry calls and emails.

Sales Administrator Specification:
The Sales Administrator:
• MUST have experience in a similar role, carrying out similar duties.
• May have used SAGE, (not essential).
• Will have great communication skills, verbal and written.
• Will be able to work to deadlines.
• Will have solid IT skills, Word and Excel.

Own transport is essential due to location.
