SENIOR PROCLAIM DEVELOPER.

Up to £50K doe – Fully Remote/Home Based – Full Time – Permanent – Monday to Friday 06.00am – 2.00pm, (colleagues based in Australia) – discretionary company bonus – 21 days holiday plus bank holidays – full training provided.

Job Description:

The main purpose of the Senior Proclaim Developer is to take responsibility for the overall improvement and enhancement of the Proclaim system, whilst maintaining the integrity of the system, including the interfaces to systems that interact with Proclaim. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders across the business and vendors, identifying requirements and any challenges or issues changes could make.

Key duties include:

• Maintaining data integrity of Proclaim and ensuring proper documentation and change processes are implemented
• Strong analytical skills to understand the business needs and develop solutions as required
• Configuring and administering MIWH
• Manage and complete CSV, CDH and XML Imports/Exports
• Task Server Administration
• Manage Webservices and connections
• Engage with the business to scope Change Requests and Projects
• Manage Proclaim approved projects and change requests
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings, discussions and emails
• Coach and mentor the applications team and work with them to ensure effective teamwork
• Ensure business continuity through the efficient running of Proclaim
• Understand business processes and ensure Proclaim workflows align with the business
• Conduct regular maintenance on Proclaim to ensure it is performing at optimum levels
• Delegate tasks relating to Proclaim development to the Applications team
• Work collaboratively within the team to ensure Proclaim support is provided to the business in the required timelines.
• Comply with WHS and ensure that your workplace is safe for yourself and your team.

Senior Proclaim Developer Specification:

• Qualification in Proclaim Technical 4 level and ten years of Proclaim experience is highly regarded but not essential, or five years of programming experience
• Excellent Math comprehension and coding skills
• Strong development experience in linking multiple case types
• Credit Hire experience is well-regarded
• Experience with setting up and administering MIWH
• Exposure to Relational Databases / SQL
• Process mapping / Workflow implementation
• Project Management experience – Scrum is well-regarded
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle clients professionally
• Ability to work and coach other team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication is essential
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage timelines of deliverables

It may on occasion be necessary to perform maintenance outside of core hours and/or provide cross-cover support to the IT department therefore, a flexible approach is expected when the need arises.
