Job Description:

The Service Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of services to customers, ensuring that all service requests are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Working as part of a small team, key duties of the Service Administrator include:

• Client Service Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their service needs are met and that any concerns or issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Scheduling and Coordination – Coordinate the scheduling or remedial work, ensuring optimal service delivery according to client needs and company resources. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Service Documentation – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and outcomes. Update and track service schedules and client information in company systems.
• Problem Solving – Address and resolve client issues or complaints, working with other team members to find solutions.
• Communication – Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding the status of services, updates, and any changes to schedules or delivery.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with other departments (e.g., Spare parts, hotline and service manager) to ensure service requests are met and that any potential issues are flagged early.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure services are delivered according to company standards and customer expectations. Monitor the quality of services provided and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Administrative Support – Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, preparing reports, and maintaining client files.

Service Administrator Specification:
The ideal Service Administrator will:
• Have recent and relevant experience in a similar role, i.e. service/scheduling/planning administration
• Be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Use of Sage 50 beneficial
• Be organised, have good time management and communication skills, willing to learn and customer focused

Own transport would be highly beneficial.
