• £27K PLUS £1.5K discretionary company bonus.

Job Description:
Working as part of a busy team, the main duties of the Service Advisor include:

• To ensure the prompt and accurate authorisation of necessary services and remedial work, (SMR) including tyres.
• Working within company guidelines and policy.
• Minimize unnecessary repair costs and reduce overall maintenance expenditure.
• Reducing overall vehicle downtime.
• Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• To promptly respond to maintenance and repair requests and authorize or adjust as appropriate via the 1 link platform.
• To assist our customers fleet teams and drivers with queries and SMR issues in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.
• To ensure that all customer records i.e. computerised database and central file information outlining the customers general requirements are current and accurate.

Service Advisor Profile:

The ideal Service Advisor:
• MUST have recent and relevant experience in a similar role, i.e. Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, Maintenance Controller.
• Based in a thriving and fast paced environment, it is essential that you are pro-active, enjoy resolving problems and providing first class customer service.
• You’ll need to have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
• Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
